saintseneca- how many blankets are in the world?

hi guys, was wondering if anyone can maybe identify the ukulele in this video really like its sound. also anyone think they could figure out the tabs? ive attempted it with no joy. (the ukulele isn't visable until near the end of the video 3:33)
