Help needed - schematic for Gotoh adjustable height tuners

I am travelling and cannot find an online schematic of the instructions you get with the Gotoh adjustable height geared tuners. I need to post one to a client who needs to adjust his tuners. Anyone help me out?

Allen wrench in, left hand thread loosens the fixing screw, adjust post up or down, retighten fixing screw.

My neighbor just up the road, Dave Sigman, ukulele maker extraordinaire (http://www.littleriverukuleles.com/), brought an uke by my house a while back with these tuners installed. I was very impressed. I would really like a set, but I'm cheap and they are not cheap. Let us know Pete what you think and I might put up the money.
