This one was finished yesterday for my daughter Sarah and this is #3. The inlay is her star sign.
Back and sides; leopardwood
Top ; lacewood
binding ; oak and bwb purfling.
fingerboard, bridge and headstock veneer ; wenge
inlay, abalone & maple veneer
Finish ; shellac based sanding sealer then Tru Oil
nut & saddle ; unbleached bone. We trained a Guide Dog for the Blind last year and this is one the bones he used to chew!

It's lovely, particularly like how the binding and purfling offset the top and sides. How's it sound?

Very loud and sound good to me! Only strung up today and strings still stretching a bit. Once it has settled I will see if I can get my son to organise a sound clip for me. I am no uke player! Keep trying to play guitar shapes on it!
