I've had one now for eight years and have loved it every moment. I remember a very fine player with a very expensive DaSilva James Hill tenor commenting on the beautiful tone of mine. How much do the years of enjoyment add to the value?

Looks like he's selling, not buying. Check the marketplace. Wish I lived in Europe!
My only Kanile'a is the GL6 (super tenor body with six strings), and I just love the sound and sustain of it. Impeccable finish as well. I also had a great customer service experience with Lina from Kanile'a -- exceptionally accommodating and helpful.
