Mya-Moe Lap Steel #591. This was purchased at the Reno Ukulele Festival in 2012. This is the one that David Lindley used to play "Mercury Blues".

He starts using this uke at about the 3:20 mark.

Master Grade Myrtle Top, Back and Sides
Walnut body binding
Ebony fretboard w pearl markers
Mahogany neck
Geared Machine Head Tuners
Leopardwood & Maple Signature Headplate
Schatten Designs Biscuit Bridge pickup
Steel strings
National Cone
Tone bar
Uke Crazy Case

I purchased this for my wife. Her arthritis preventer her from playing a standard fretted instrument. She never "took" to it but always said that she might try it again. She recently took up the Autoharp and said that I can now sell her ukulele.

This is available for $1750 plus shipping.

That thing is sweet! Wish I knew how to play one, or thought I ever could learn!

A shout out to John Sargent! I just purchased his Morton tenor. John is honest and very easy to deal with. I'm new to this forum and not sure if this reply is appropriate here but wanted to at least get the message out that John is a good person to deal with. Good luck.

Thanks for the thumbs up Jerry. I'm sure that you will get a lot of pleasure playing the Morton.

Got the post Christmas blues? Try playing a lap steel ukulele! This will put some twang in your soul.

This is still available. Here is another video of David Lindley playing the lap steel uke, shot from a different angle.

I get a kick every time I watch David Lindley play this "Nasty sounding" instrument :) Nasty being a compliment of course!

Bump. Here is a video of James Hill playing a Mya- Moe Lap steel resonator while Lil' Rev is playing a standard Mya-Moe resonator.

I am open to offers for mine.
