What Do They Make In Washington

I learned this from a Michael Cooney LP and changed the words to What Do They Make In Ottawa? for a Canadian version that my classes sang when I taught school 12 years ago (Hard to believe I've been retired that long). I don't think it was too political for kids to sing. My wife and I also sang it for a political rally/picnic that we were hired to sing at. I haven't sung the song in over a decade, but maybe I'll revive it.

Oshawa people they make the cars, in Bewdley we take a vacation
We get those big potatoes from P.E.I. I know,
But what do they make in Ottawa?
What is it that they grow?
