Help Identifying Ukulele!!

Hello,

I have no knowledge of Ukuleles whatsoever, but was given this one as a gift from my grandparents some years ago. I am seeking the help of the more knowledgeable to help me identify this Kamaka Ukulele and possibly estimate its worth. I would appreciate any help you guys can give! Thanks!

Looks like a soprano or maybe concert size. If the label is gold as opposed to white then it was made between 1954-1969. http://www.kamakahawaii.com/ukedating.html


Looks like it is in really good condition with no apparent cracks or significant dings, scratches etc.

Looks like it has the original strings which I might change out. She's a beauty and a keeper. Hopefully sounds as beautiful as she looks!

mmstan will give you a definite dating on it. Does look like a soprano. I never wanted a Kamaka soprano until I got my gold label, now it's one of my few "keepers"
