I'm putting my beloved 5-string all-walnut tenor for sale. Rob built this for me in the summer of 2015.

Body/neck is English walnut
Fretboard (radiussed) is laburnum
Maple stripe in the neck, binding and rosette.

Action at the nut is about 2mm. 1mm at the 1st fret, 4.5mm at the 12th fret.

Very good condition.
Full disclosure: Faint strum marks, one tiny tiny ding on the back. One minor flaw in the wood near the binding. It's not a crack as such as it was present in the wood to start with. It's actually also present on the matching back board, but far too tight to photograph. It measures 11mm and has not changed in the 20 months I've had it. I don't think it actually can move as it's effectively glued to the binding and the lining inside.

Sounds lovely, plays lovely. 5-strings really goes great with singing! I just can't play tenor scale anymore, my hands aren't as strong as they used to be.

Comes with a nice TGI hardshell case.

It's currently in Japan with me, but I'll be in London next week and can take it with me if you would rather have it shipped locally.

3-days EMS tracked and insured shipping from Tokyo will cost $60/£50.

The uke £575 when I bought it, which is $720. Asking £400/$500.

Thanks!
Germain
