Just noticed my ukes have many nationalities. Even my US ukes are from many states. Very cool that ukes are being made all over. I'm curious to see how much of the globe is represented by what folks play here on UU. Where in the world were your ukes created?

Here's a list of my ukes' nations of origin.

USA
Canada (LFdM)
Wales, UK (Pete Howlett)
Japan (TODA)
Indonesia (Pono)
China (Takamine)

And those of mine that were made in the USA are from these states:

Hawaii (Moore Bettah, Grimes, Koa Works, Pegasus, I'iwi)
California (Kinnard, Compass Rose, vanPelt)
Washington (Mya-Moe,Makapili)
Colorado (Beau Hannam)
South Dakota (J. Rieck)
New York (Favilla)

I always thought it was funny that Cordoba is an American company, trying to represent Spanish products, but made in China.

My favorites are Axis Powers ukuleles.
Germany
Japan

But I have China, too.

China (Kala), China/Hawaii (Kelii), Hawaii (Kamaka), Australia (Barron River).

3 out of 4 ukuleles that I own are made local to where I live in San Jose, CA. The reason is if anything goes wrong with them, I am within driving distance to where they were built.

Graziano - built in Santa Cruz
DaSilva - built in Berekely
Farallon - built in San Francisco

I have had to bring the Graziano back twice and the Farallon once for adjustments. I am lucky to have such talented builders near me.

Great thread! In alphabetical order,

1) China ( Kala, Lanikai )
2) Hawaii ( Kamaka, Ko'olau, KoAloha, Imua )
3) Indonesia ( Pono )
4) Thailand ( Rebel )
5) Vietnam ( Bruce Wei, Tonyart, Alulu )
