This is Beatles song. George Harrison took the vocal of this song in the album of Please Please Me.

I am practicing this song right now. It is very good song on key of E.

There are all of the diatonic chords (except for dim7) of key of E in this song (See the diagram below). It is very good study for this area of circle of 5th too.

This song has dominant modulation from the key of Em (red in the figure below) to E (green). Em's three chords are Em, Am and B7 (red in the circle of 5th), and E's three chords are E, A and B7 (green). Their common dominant chord is B7 (yellow). The key changes from Em (red) to E (green) through B7 (yellow). Very nice secret was made by John Lennon.

I am still practicing this dominant modulation on my soprano now. I like G chord in the intro. It is very clear sound compare to Em.
