At last we have our CNC machin cutting out pearl logos with a .020" cutter for perfect drop in results. It's also profiling our pin bridges, bridgeplates and is helping us rebuild our worn jigs. Thsi has been a huge learning curve for my assistant and we are struggling at times because of pporly designed dust xtraction to the cutter head (seeking solutions) But it is a whole lot better than watching Tom hand cut pearl and hand pocket with a nasty dremel a headplate veneer!
