Anything in Hawaii?

Hey all you Ukers! I live in Miami and I am going to Hawaii this Friday! (sort of as a graduation present for myself). I gonna be on the Big island (Hilo side) from the first till around the ninth and on Oahu from then till the eighteenth (right through the book and music festival, Jake Shimabukuro yay!). Anybody can inform me of cool shows? or even better nice and CHEAP hostels I can stay at?
