Apart from the Italian concertina style ivoroid binding this came out a real treat. The spectacular Oregon myrtle was supplied by Les Stansell and the mastergrade Englemann spruce came from Kootenay Tonewoods. We used Port Orford cedar for the neck and ebony for the bridge, fingerboard and end pin. We are pretty much sold on side ports now and clients have to request NOT to have them Who would have thought it? Water-clear gloss cellulose finish on body, satin on the neck.
