Arthur (Art) Fowler

Anybody here familiar with the early 20th century uke player Arthur Fowler?

Only two of his songs seem readily available: "Everything's Made For Love," with Gene Austin on vocals, and "No Wonder She's a Blushing Bride."

According to this site, there are some other recordings. The site links to them, but they're gone.

Has anybody else ever heard these songs? And does anybody know anything else about this mysterious musician?

I think you mean Gene Austin rather than Gene Vincent :
