Good morning,
This is the first time I radiused ukulele freatboard (20"). Slight radius but enough to give a greater comfort I think. The action is 1,25mm. I put "Worth Clear Tone High Tension" strings, with a higher thickness and a higher tension than standard strings. Sounds good I thinK.

I put the binding on the freatboard with the same piece of wood (bocote) of it matching up the grains. I think I'll do it more frequently in my ukes.

As I have previously written on post by Allen about the side soundhole binding, I produce little wood chips and I glue it aruond the hole up to have the desired thickness after I sand it.

Shellac finishing. Initially 10% solution with the brush until to fill the pores, after 5% and 2,5% solution with the pad and then a final coat of super nikco polish.
