I've been silently playing with Koa recently, and have done a couple similar to this one.

Oddly, from a visual perspective, Zach didn't comment on the Koa, but the Spruce, and the perfectly quartersawn grain with cross silking - Bruce Harvie at Orcas Island always gets me good stuff.

This one is one of my favorites. And yeah, I kinda like the Koa too.
Just sharing.

Wow, what a unique looking set of pieces it has in the back.....very pretty!
 
Your uke would be #1 on my list if I had the dough. The price is fantastic for that quality of an instrument! Kudos to your skill and art, the lucky owner will be a happy one.
