Soprano thickness

Can anyone tell me the optimum thickness for soprano top, back and sides? Also, can you recommend an appropriate bending iron. Any recommendations for ukulele plans?

I make the backs and sides .075" = 1.9mm and the tops .0625" = 1.6mm then followed by hand sanding till smooth which will most likely take off a bit more ....but the FP coats will put it back on again
