i was JUST about to ask the same question...
I asked him when he was broadcasting on ustream. He said it's going okay, progress is slow on it but he should have it next month. The koa used for it is so freakin curly. Gonna be an amazing looking instrument.

I actually was fortunate enough to get a sneak peek of a part of it when I toured the Kanile'a factory last week. It looked AMAZING!! 
I didn't take a picture because I felt it was only fair that Aldrine was the first to see it, I actually felt a little guilty getting to see part of it beforehand.
