This is my latest electric ukulele in the works. It's a soprano with an ash body and mahogany neck. Bunch of rosewood design elements. I will be using an undersaddle pickup. The body is made using a CNC machine. IMG_0788.jpgIMG_0875.jpg

Here is the one I made before the soprano: IMG_0495.jpg

Mahogany body and neck. Cheap pickup from eBay.

Wow! Not your average diy electric ukes. I'm assuming the newer one will have nylon strings since you're using an under saddle pickup?
Very nice work on both counts. I especially like the shape of the first one. It has that "mando" look to it. Really looking forward to seeing your progress on the new one.

Gotta get me one of those CNC machines :)

Yep the CNC is fun little toy but the first one is made without a CNC so it's not really necessary unless you want a lot of little inlays.

Finished soprano

IMG_0972.jpg ok so here is the finished soprano. I'm calling it "ghost sound"
