FS: Timms Style 1 Soprano Ukulele, very good condition, $475.00 consus

I have decided to part with the instruments that live in their cases. Here is a nice, Timms style 1, (bound top), soprano. The finish is a good, hand applied finish, but not perfect and there is a crease on the back of the lower bout. It has been there since new and is visible in the closeup photo. Side markers have been added at the 5th, 7th and 10th frets. The original tuners were replaced with Gotoh friction tuners and custom, 1920s martin sized ivoroid tuner buttons. It includes a Guardian hard shell case. Price includes insured shipping consus. Price reflects the small flaws.

I wanted to add a couple more photos. It is a real nice player and I bought it for my trips to Europe, but the fingerboard and bridge are rosewood and prohibited.

Is this Timms Mahogany or Koa?The color is so beautiful!!
