Odds on this instrument is a Bruceweiart from a few years ago. I once owned a very similar uke. The headstock is one of the headstocks that bruceweiart uses. They are made in Vietnam. Some of them can be very good, some of them can have faults. A common fault is that they don't have enough saddle compensation to intonate correctly. If this is the case you can perform a quick fix by sliding a matchstick under the strings on the fretboard up against the inside of the nut.
Bruce has a similar one on his eBay store right now. My experience is that he makes good stuff, all my customs are built well, and one ready made off eBay is also very good.
