It sounds like the whole song is just:

Over and over. To make it easier to play, you can transpose it down a step to Dm, like this:

| Gm7 - Am7 - | Dm7 - - - |

If you want to play it in the original key, just do it in Dm and put a capo on the first fret.

Those are the wrong chords, but he's playing D#m, B, C#.
