What is/was the difference between the CE1 nd the CE2? At reviews of these? Who has one or both?


I tried doing a search but I keep getting a message that says "the page is restricted due to a security rule"

Same as Keith mentioned, I always thought the main difference was the number of control knobs (which lets you do more stuff).

Yes, that looks like the only difference. Apparently, they currently only make the CE1 and the Pono model TE. There are differences between these two models, mostly in the electronics.

I have a CE 2, originally the CE2 seem to have more wood selection options and there are two control knobs one for tone, one for volume. on the CE1 there is only the volume control knob
