Song Help Request He Aloha Ku'u Ipo (Beloved Is My Sweetheart)- by Mary Pukui & Maddy Lam

Can anyone help me out with the chords to this song?

This guy is soo.... ugh... good.
I'm pretty sure the rest of you would love to know how to sing/play this ;].

(Oh, and if possible, the complicated strumming/fillers as well =]. Mahaloz)

Basically the chords are F, G7, C7. There's also a Bbm he uses. When playing the C7, it's alternately released and the C string 2nd fret is depressed. The same thing is happening on the G7 chord, the A string is released. I think it's on every other strum when that particular chord is used.
