Favilla with stencil paint job

Saw this Favilla on eBay, with stencil paint job. Likey...or no? Is that fretboard painted too?

I think it's just really dirty and in poor condition. The head plate looks like it was painted though. The emblem is usually in gold. For myself, I'd pass on it. The bridge is in poor shape also. I have a feeling there are cracks that were glued and the paint hides the results.
