Believe it or not it was sold to me as premium curl koa :eek: Yep, I was ripped of to the tune of $2000. Remarkably, it makes great ukes!

Love it! I'm not a big fan of cutaways, but this one does me right!

The slotted headstock is awesome - can't wait to get started on mine.

$2000, ouch, how much of that did you get? It does have nice color though and truth be told, the straighter grain koa usually sounds better.
