I love working with Milo. It has that beautiful ox blood color that reminds me of the leather arm chairs in a 1930's cocktail lounge.

This one paired up with a 3000 year old Sitka Spruce soundboard. 12" - 16" compound radius fret board. The ebony I picked out because it has this subtle red / brown stripe that ties in with the Milo. And carries on ito the peg head and back strap.

The inlay at the 12th fret is also Milo as is the veneer on the bridge.

Again...such a beauty

Is there a specific reason why you put "MOKU" as Inlay?

I think it may actually be "Hoku"
which means "star" in Hawaiian.

Hee hee Hoku is my mother-in-law's dog's name :D
