In like new condition. I've barely played it and it hasn't left my apartment since I purchased it last April 2017.
I've discovered that I'm much more comfortable with a soprano, so I'm selling everything to get a nice one : )

It's a very nice looking uke. Very lightweight with a lot of sustain.

That's a fine uke. I owned the Spruce/maple TK series and loved it. Good price, too, for those in the market.

I have played several of the ?K-70 series ukes and been impressed.
I really like the tenor and have suggested it to many of my beginning students, quality instrument.
I played a Baritone last night and was really impressed.

Great sustain, but what impressed me most was how light weight it was!

Too bad I never really took to playing tenor..
