I have found that one can get "Teflon baking sheets" pretty inexpensively from all of the usual on-line places. $10 or less gets you 5 sheets or so. These are really Teflon, and even CA glue does not stick to them. I use them to assemble small inlays and things with CA glue by laying them down on a flat surface. They are easy to cut up with a pair of scissors to make 'glue proof' parts of various jigs, clamping cauls, etc. Very handy.

That's a good tip. Thanks!

That's a great idea... are these what you are talking about? They're really Teflon?

Nice, Just out of curiosity how thick are they? anywhere near 47 thousands?

I think these are what I have:

In terms of thickness, I do not have my good calipers with me but the sheets are about the thickness of a piece of good quality notebook paper.

And if they don't like you, and the rotten tomatoes begin to fly, well .... nothing sticks so you are good.
