Oh my.

That is spectacular.

Let's see... new Uke and a divorce would run me more than $550, but it's soooo purdy.

Wouldn't have video/sound file would you?

i initially under priced the thing-it is still a steal at 550 for an american handmade solid wood ukulele....it is not really replacable at 550 but just try and find a sapele and walnut uke for less.

i would love to trade it for a nice 6 string of equal value if anyone had one out there.

Maybe it's time to limit marketplace threads to posts by the seller.

I'm just saying the same ukulele in mahogany is $25 less brand new on the Covey website.

EDIT: Maybe that limits the entire purpose of having a forum for selling things, how else is the seller going to get feedback on the product?

No, your original post implied that a sapele and walnut uke could be found on the Covey website for less than $550. As you say, a base mahogany tenor is $525. Add the upgrades to sapele and walnut (including an upgrade to the fretboard), not to mention the addition of abalone purfling, and you're well over the asking price.

I misunderstood. Many apologies, sir, I'm so sorry, ever so sorry, please forgive me for I have made a terrible mistake.
