A couple of days ago, I received my Gold Tone ResoUke. I got it for $80 off list price because it was "damaged." The posting said there was a scratch on the face that didn't show up in the photos on ebay. Sure enough, there is a scratch, but I have trouble finding it to show people. It was good of the dealer, Butler Music, to discount it so heavily.
I played it in our group yesterday, and I love the sound. Originally, I ordered a Luna Ukenator because I was impressed with the one someone in our group got. A few days after ordering it, I got an email saying it was out of stock. : (
It worked out for the best, though, because I like the satin finish on this one. It is definitely heavy, though.
