Yes, a couple of places. Click the Forum tab at the top of the window, scroll to the bottom of the window to see a list of current people. Also, click a post and at the bottom of that window shows who else is viewing that post.

I think that a lot of people are on, when they are not. I know that I am a lot.
 
At the top of every page on the site, there is a horizontal menu bar (with white text on a red background) and then a second horizontal menu bar just below (with white text on a brown background) with the last item to the right QUICK LINKS

Click on that, and another menu list will drop down, and then click on WHO"S ONLINE and the next page that loads will show you exactly that.
