I can't find a way to add a profile picture. Help!

At the top of the page click Settings. Then on the left hand side about half way down is a link to Edit Profile Picture

Take heed of the fine print: "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller)."
You may need to use an image editor (like Paint on Windows) to resize the picture before you upload
