Cuatro Venezolano in gCEA?

Have you ever strung a Venezuelan cuatro in gCEA? Or have other experiences with a cuatro? I've been offered one and wondering what to do with it.

Play it! I have a uke strung like a cuatro. The "low reentrant" tuning gives different voicing and leads you down different musical paths. The relative note relationships are the same so all your uke chords will work but it will probably be a step higher key - they are traditionally tuned ADF#b
