I neglected to keep a record of what strings I put on my Low G Tenor. It has a red colored low G (not wound), and the C,E, and A are white. Can anyone identify that set from my description?

Sounds like it was an Aquila Nylgut set that came with a RED low-g. As of now I do not see them offered any more and this is likely due to lots of folks reporting the REDS having breakage problems.
I know that Aquila has changed the formula for REDS a few times and as such did not offer them like this for a while.
However if you want to replicate this original string set, you can get the standard Nylgut set, and then add a REDS low-g single string and use that.
Hey, thanks Booli. I wondered why I didn't see the red low G set offered. I used wound low G strings for years, even before they were being offered in sets. Back then I used classical guitar strings. But, I really like my solid red low G string, and it's been on the uke about four years without breaking. That's better than my experience with the wound strings, which only seemed to last a year or two. So, I think I'll order some reds separately as you mentioned.
