Duke is For Sale!

Duke, the New Zealand maker of the Duke 10 banjo ukulele, is for sale. What a shame! They made a great product at a reasonable price, but apparently, they cannot continue. A member here recently sold a modified Duke 10 here.

Ed's a nice guy, their service is fast, and I love it. Just bought one that arrived two weeks ago. Still stretching my hands to play tenor better, but I'm glad I bought it. It's lovely, lightweight, and I love the sound.

Yes, he is. We exchanged severaly emails while he was transitioning production from Australia to China. I was glad to start playing it when I received it last December. I was tempted to buy the one for sale here with the wooden arm rest. Fortunately, someone beat me to it.
