Looking at tenor ukuleles with solid spruce tops and solid sides (rosewood etc.)
The familiar names come up: Kala, Ohana (seems this is the MOST offered brand on the planet)...
Also looking at Mainland (anyone have a spruce top?)
And the stretch would be LoPrinzi and Pono for me...
I don't live in an area where I can try any of these, so I welcome opinions....
