Just to clarify, I am not in anyway affiliated with HMS (Hawaiian Music Site/The Ukulele Site). Just that a chunk of my paycheck goes to them often.

There have posts about HMS not responding to emails in a timely fashion. That has not been my experience with them. Using their email icon at the bottom right corner, I usually got a response within a couple of days at the longest.

Yesterday, I received a shipment from HMS and there was an overlook. Honest mistake. I used the email icon to send a message. Within a few hours I received a reply from Andrew himself. The issue is rectified and I got another satisfied experience with them. Customer service is important and that's why I keep going back to them.
