Martin Centennial S1
Mint condition.
How is it different than a regular S1.... Well it has a black nut and saddle, the Martin name is imprinted into the wood on the back of the head rather than the gold martin sticker, it has black grover buttons. Also, to my eye the finish is nicer. It is a deeper mahogany color with the edges in black. All very nice.
It plays wonderfully. I just have too many now and have decided to keep my Martin OX bamboo (cuz it sounds sweet and i can take it just about anywhere) and my new 1950 Martin 0. That is enough Sopranos for me at this time.
With the Centennial edition there were 100 made so it has been designed to be a collector's item. It comes with a Martin gig bag.
