Although I've never done it, you can post a link to where it is online.
Click on the vertical filmstrip icon, second icon from the right, and take it from there.

First things first the video needs to be hosted externally somewhere. Youtube or whatever platform you choose to use. Ukuleleunderground doesn't "Host" videos or pictures.
You can just paste the link if you like to reply box and there will automatically be an eternal link. If you click on the little filmstrip icon (second from the right) and post the link inside the tags then you can embed a video on the page.
