NJ Uke Fest

I spent all day at the NJ Uke Fest in Whippany, NJ yesterday. Another great event! I can't imagine how much work the folks at folkproject.org go through to put on this event every year.

There were vendors, workshops, good food, and great entertainment by The Aloha Boys and Victoria Vox. And, of course, there were a couple of hundred ukulele people, so I felt right at home. Get on their mailing list and plan to attend next year. You won't regret it.

It was a lot of fun! The food was really good, the festival was well-run, great workshops, and the post-festival jam at a local park was really fun this morning too.

Thanks for coming, and thanks for sharing your thoughts. It was another fun weekend! There is so much love and camaraderie in the ukulele world, getting together with other ukers always makes me feel better about humanity.
