I'm looking to keep my new LEHO solid top tenor nice and safe and humidified, and am looking for a suitable case... this may be a silly question, however, would my LEHO arch back fit in a Kala arch TOP case?

Not a silly question at all. I’ve never seen a case specifically advertised for arch tops except for $$$$customs. I think the only issue is going to be case depth ( as long as the other measurements are right).
What you have watch is that no padding presses on the bridge.
I have a chennell archtop that fits into a Uke Crazy case nicely. I'm pretty sure my archtop is deeper than a Leho. You may want to get the specs on the Kala Archtop and Leho to compare sizes.
I think KLM puts out a case for an archtop. Yep, HMS would be a good option to check.
Your best bet is to measure your uke and then hope you can find interior measurements for tenor cases. For some reason, companies tend not to list those.
