Luthier's while traveling

So I'm sitting on the chicken bus on my way to Northern Honduras and this guy gets on the bus with a set of Cocobolo sized for a guitar. And I'm like no way. Anyhoot we start talking and pointing and showing each other pics of our work, It was one of the highlights of the trip. Now I have a luthier buddy in Honduras. He told me the cost per guitar set was about $20-30 depending on quality . His set was dead on qtr.

That is really a cool story... What a great idea for a documentary: Luthiers Travel the World in Search of Wood. We could make millions!
