Beautiful workmanship, but it reminds me a little of a cowboy shirt for some reason... and I break out in hives when I hear country & western music. I'm afraid I might have an allergic reaction!

That is a fine looking uke but for that kinda of cheese I think I would go custom and make my signature model.

there's one on e-bay right now. not the same one, but another beautiful custom G-string with the pickguard.

Pretty but too much bling for my taste.

Yeah, why would you need the pick guard going under the g string? Looks a little weird, but otherwise everything looks beautiful. Love the curls in the wood on the back!

Very nice instrument, actually quite sober compared to others in this price range, I like that.

I don't like the electronics on the side though. And of course I would never spend that much on a uke.

Although never say never right

Yeah, why would you need the pick guard going under the g string?

Why would you need a pick guard, period?

I admire the workmanship in this one, and in that purple thing in the other thread. But I feel like both ukes are trying to be guitars. Like they're ashamed to just be ukuleles.

Then again, I own (and love) a Flea, so what the heck do I know?

Whats a pick? :biglaugh:

I use my finger mostly but sometimes big boogers call for the thumb.
