Cracks

Saw this one on eBay, looks like a vintage Martin tenor, looks cool, but I didn't bid. It looks to have side cracks. My question is...are side cracks easier to repair than top or back cracks? I would think so, you could work in some glue, then clamp from top to bottom, or am I way off here?

Just dry-fit it a few times before using any glue, and I would avoid CA (super) glue because it's irreversable and has no filling capacity. Side cracks are usually less tension related, and more likely the result of a hard drop, which means it's not likely to return once repaired.
