😁😁
I am hoping to string it up with a tailpiece jig to actually hear sound from it, perhaps tomorrow evening... ( after the Seahawks dump the 49ers.) 😉

Don't be too despondent if the sound is, at first, disappointing. I find that newly built instruments often sound much better a few days after the strings are first fitted.

Boy is that ever true. I was able to pickup a new custom build tenor before it was strung up. Luis the builder said "You will not like the sound of this every much at first, give it some time". It was not just the new string sound, much worse, but it changed dramatically over about 48 hrs and a lot of playing.
