Koaloha Better than weather warantee—Very happy!!!

I had a Koaloha Opio long neck soprano that was begining to show a structural defect that I felt not should be there..visable to the eye. I called Koaloha and spoke to LLoyd. He said send some pictures and a vedio if possible. I did as requested, and he agreed it should not be that way and was under the Better than weather warrantee. I sent him the Opio uke and he is honoring the better than weather warrantee. Its the real deal.....great service, great people to deal with , great ukes......( I personally prefer Koaloha to the other K HI brands in sound and looks so the warrrantee makes it a no brainer ) . Will always be a loyal Koaloha fan !!!
