My First Video

Hello.

This is my first video posting. I am still a little new at playing Ukulele, so I am looking for any input to help me become a better ukulele player.

Congratulations on your 1st video Jared! Keep up the good work!

Looks like a good start, (I'm still rubbish) - maybe have a look in on the Seasons of the Ukulele threads - they even let me in. :rofl:

The first one or two times performing ‘in front of people’ are always difficult Jared, and in my limited experience I’ve found that there should always be a little ‘apprehension’ when performing, recording or filming yourself - if there’s not complacency sets in and the performance suffers.
You have all the basics there buddy; you’ve broken the ice and it’s a great start - well done.
Just try to keep relaxed when ‘performing’ and ENJOY your music. If YOU enjoy yourself when doing it, then others will enjoy themselves when listening to you.

Congratulations on your first video post. I started posting video one year ago and I found it be the quickest to make me improve. You have stared your first step on a meaningful journey. Enjoy.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. You guys all right, I need to relax and enjoy it while I am playing in front of people. To be honest, that's something I've struggled with a little bit. However, I can work on that.

Thanks for the advice and the input. I will make more videos as I go along.
