I just bought a Loprinzi all solid maple and what a great voice on it. I know other people have Loprinzi ukes made of cherry or Koa. Wondering if anyone has had a Loprinzi concert made of some type of different unique wood and what the sound is like? Very interested in unique woods and their different sounds would be on this type uke. Thanks.

I recently purchased a custom Redwood/Mahogany LoPrinzi concert.

I was a little worried that since I like all Mahogany ukes so much that it might be a little brighter than I wanted, but it sounds amazing.

I've been playing mainly sopranos lately, so I love the smaller Loprinzi concert body size. Plus I went with 12 fret to body (no extra frets), and deeper body option among other things.

I owned a cedar top/ rosewood back & sides Loprinzi concert.
