Fortunately, someone here posted a way for me to spend money - on a nice leather Levy's strap. This is from Levy's leather, not Levi's jeans. It looks like very good quality, especially for under $14. It's very smooth and flexible.

I also got a pair of short snap-on straps which I might use on a banjo uke.

Thanks to whoever recommended the Levy's.

I use those same Levy's Leather straps on all my ukes and basses. I prefer no buckles.

This is Michael Kohan in Los Angeles, Beverly West near the Beverly Center
9 tenor cutaway ukes, 5 acoustic bass ukes, 11 solid body bass ukes, 9 mini electric bass guitars (Total: 34)

That was probably me (my Goldilocks strap thread) - you're welcome. That is a great inexpensive strap for those wanting leather, with no buckles. The only reason I don't use one more often is that I'm always fiddling with the strap length on a few of my ukes, which is a bit of a pin with that design.

A strap with two or three holes at the end would make changing the length easier. Just attach the strap in a different hole. Of course, this would have to be at the narrow end of that Levy's strap.

I saw that Sweetwater the Levy's M70 strap for $12.99, with free delivery, so I ordered one today. I ordered a brown one, M70BRN. It's been shipped already. Good company.

The link is to a black belt.
